About the role

  • Act as a liaison between sales, operations and the customer for assigned accounts
  • Ensure customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented
  • Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal customers
  • Develop understanding of the organization's structure and relationships
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to implement and maintain client standard operating procedures
  • Ensure services meet or exceed customer requirements and are in compliance with ISO procedures
  • Resolve problems and recommend solutions

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED required
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum two to three years related experience
  • Minimum one to three years industry experience preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
