About the role
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations and the customer for assigned accounts
- Ensure customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal customers
- Develop understanding of the organization's structure and relationships
- Coordinate with sales and operations to implement and maintain client standard operating procedures
- Ensure services meet or exceed customer requirements and are in compliance with ISO procedures
- Resolve problems and recommend solutions
Requirements
- High School Degree or GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum two to three years related experience
- Minimum one to three years industry experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
