About the role
- Complete, independent handling of payroll processing and general personnel administration
- Support and advise employees and colleagues on payroll-related matters, taking into account all tax, social security and payroll law aspects
- Maintain and update payroll-relevant data, including managing reporting and certification processes
- Prepare reports and statistics
- Communicate with authorities, government offices and health insurance providers, as well as external partners
- Process provisions, contributions for severely disabled employees, accident insurance (BG) reports, and other related tasks
- Implement local payroll-related regulations in SAP
- Perform other assigned tasks related to the company's globally and locally defined work instructions
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and relevant professional experience in payroll (wages and salaries) or HR administration
- Good specialist knowledge of payroll tax, social security and employment law
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Good SAP HR user skills (SAP HCM)
- Team player, flexibility, high level of commitment, independent working style, attention to detail and sense of responsibility
