About the role
- Perform accounts payable functions to ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time
- Provide training to new employees on department procedures and financial systems
- Monitor all check processing procedures for accuracy and compliance.
- Review processing status of vendor invoices and ensure they are processed for payment
- Respond to vendor questions on current and past due invoices
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Minimum two years related experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
