About the role
- Performs administrative duties related to compliance issues in a station operations environment.
- Functions as station timekeeper for reporting, tracking and processing payroll.
- Coordinates and maintains training records.
- Performs collections related functions.
- Investigates and resolves billing and customer invoicing discrepancies.
- Prints statements and invoices, runs reports, research rate disputes, processes invoice reprints and audits House Air Waybills and Bill of Lading's.
- Investigates and resolves past due accounts payable and receivable bills; and tracks and follows-up to ensure bills/payments are received and timely processed.
- Inputs accounts’ payable entries into system.
- Sets up and processes new vendors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year related experience
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications
- Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
- Ability to read, comprehend and write basic correspondence.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
