About the role
- Assist with the administrative preparation of CMA CGM vessels' physical port calls
- Act as a liaison between the vessel, local authorities, and port services
- Collect loading files to produce a consolidated file for the operations team
- Send cargo/load lists to the stevedore (terminal operator)
- Handle specific requests related to the vessel or crew
- Prepare a comprehensive port-call report and verify supplier invoice discrepancies
Requirements
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade or Transport & Logistics
- Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
- Strong team-player mindset
- Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and responsiveness
