About the role

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting primarily blue-collar employees for a large-scale recruiting ramp-up project in the e-commerce sector.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media channels in collaboration with external partners and the internal employer-branding team.
  • Pre-screen and make initial contact with applicants, and coordinate candidate days and interviews.
  • Maintain and update applicant data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support employer-branding activities and recruiting events in the Lich region.
  • Prepare and analyze reporting.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a business administration, social sciences, or comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources/HR.
  • Some experience in recruiting, applicant management or office administration is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Motivation, personal commitment, reliability and flexibility.
  • Independent, structured working style, attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
  • Confident verbal and written communication in German; English skills are a plus.
  • Interest in e-commerce, logistics and working with blue-collar target groups.
  • Team player, open to new tasks in Talent Acquisition.
