About the role
- Organize and manage the entire recruiting process through to successful hire — particularly for numerous operational (blue‑collar) employees.
- Plan and conduct applicant days and on-site selection procedures — including cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit).
- Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, staffing agencies, and the employer branding team.
- Proactively approach potential candidates via multiple channels and maintain and update the applicant database.
- Organize and conduct structured interviews for efficient pre-qualification and selection of suitable candidates — including for administrative and commercial roles.
- Analyze and continuously optimize relevant recruiting metrics to ensure a smooth and scalable project setup.
Requirements
- Solid experience in recruiting — ideally in ramp‑up projects in the operational/industrial area.
- University degree in a relevant field or comparable vocational qualification.
- Knowledge of the regional logistics labor market is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured, independent way of working.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
