About the role
- Manage all aspects of healthcare air freight solution design and support diverse needs of selected customers shipping healthcare products
- Lead value-added service initiatives, including Logistics Risk Assessments, packaging solutions, airline capabilities, and data logger solutions
- Support Business Development and Account Owners with MBRs, KPIs, and operational performance queries
- Assist with RFQs, RFIs, and ad-hoc customer requests
- Support and coordinate new business implementations, ensuring smooth operational handover
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including airlines and cold chain solution providers
- Drive customer service improvements, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) management and issue resolution
- Own and manage customer SOPs, ensuring operations teams are trained on new and updated requirements
- Work closely with the Quality team and Responsible Person to ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met and exceeded
- Collaborate closely with the Healthcare Operations team, supporting clients with tailored solutions and ensuring seamless internal coordination
Requirements
- Strong experience in freight forwarding or logistics ideally within the healthcare logistics sector
- Deep understanding of healthcare supply chains, including cold chain management, regulatory compliance, and customer requirements
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
