About the role

  • You will support an IT transformation process and actively assist with the implementation of SAP in the area of Contract Logistics – including process optimization and change management.
  • You independently coordinate tasks within the project team and ensure that all participants maintain an overview and collaborate efficiently at all times.
  • You report regularly on project progress and results — both to the team and to key stakeholders.
  • You conduct risk analyses, identify potential challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation measures to keep the project stable at all times.
  • You monitor the project budget and ensure that all activities are carried out within the planned financial framework.

Requirements

  • A degree in business, a technical field, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in operations and/or project management, ideally in contract logistics.
  • Experience with IT transformation processes, particularly with SAP, and knowledge of process and project management tools (e.g., WMS, TMS, LEAN, PRINCE2, PMI).
  • Very good command of German and English and strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear and confident communication, an independent working style, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders.
