About the role

  • Manage full cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing and hiring
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Support in salary negotiations
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all hiring documentation is complete
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with labour laws and company policies
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
  • Familiar with ATS and HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment tools
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High attention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solving
