About the role
- Manage full cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing and hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Support in salary negotiations
- Conduct background checks and ensure all hiring documentation is complete
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
- Ensure recruitment processes align with labour laws and company policies
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
- Familiar with ATS and HRIS
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment tools
- Proficient in MS Office
- High attention to details and a proactive approach to problem-solving
