About the role
- Process and resolve incoming service requests in the ticket system
- Address delivery inquiries and manage inventory
- Collaborate on inventory reports with Vodafone co-workers
- Generate reports using data from various systems
- Assist in shipment investigations
- Communicate primarily via email in English
Requirements
- Completion of a degree at MBO level 4
- Proficiency in multiple systems and advanced Excel skills
- Initiative-taking and situational awareness
- Strong teamwork skills
- Proficient English language skills in both speaking and writing
- Full-time availability during office hours preferred
