About the role
- Contribute to the design and roll-out of the Transformation cockpit (KPIs, reporting, dashboards)
- Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR, and Transformation programs
- Prepare strategic analyses, executive presentations, and synthesis materials for the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other members of the Management Team
- Support the governance framework: assisting with data collection from project managers, structuring processes, and tracking updates
- Participate in ad-hoc projects (benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, workshop preparation)
Requirements
- Final-year student from a top business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program
- Specialization in management, strategy, finance, or data
- Fluency in English required
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and structuring abilities
- Team-oriented, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment
