About the role
- Contribute to the design and deployment of the Transformation cockpit (KPIs, reporting, dashboards)
- Consolidate and analyze data from Finance, HR and Transformation programs
- Prepare strategic analyses, executive presentations and summaries for the CEO, CFO, CHRO and other members of the Executive Committee
- Support the governance framework: assist with data collection from project managers, structure processes and monitor updates
- Participate in ad hoc projects (benchmarking, cross-functional analyses, workshop preparation)
Requirements
- Final-year student at a top business school, engineering school or equivalent university program, specializing in management, strategy, finance or data
- Fluent English required
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical and structuring skills
- Team player with curiosity and ease working in an international, dynamic and multicultural environment
