About the role
- Managing, coaching, developing and evaluating the employees in your team
- Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans
- Making the right decisions for an optimal overall process in cooperation with your colleagues and the control room
- Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources
- Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process
- Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses
- Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S)
Requirements
- You are a people manager by nature and have previously managed a team in a similar work environment
- Hbo work and thinking level
- At least 3 years of work experience in a dynamic work environment
- Ambitious, hardworking, and stress-resistant
- Fulltime available and flexible in a 2-shift system
- Good command of the English language verbally and in writing**
