About the role
- Develops and manages assigned accounts with portfolio growth and profitability
- Provides solutions and better service for clients
- Compiles and analyzes data into meaningful reports and presentations
- Responsible for developing and managing business plans, proposals, contracts, and SLA tracking
- Engages on new business opportunities and manages execution of contracts
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent work experience) required
- Five years prior experience at Ceva in Sales or Operations departments or 8+ years external account-project management/industry experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and understand WMS, ERP, and data collection tools
- Strong communication skills in written and verbal formats
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
