About the role
- assist in producing accounting information for management, group and legal reporting requirements
- assist in monthly and quarterly reporting across multiple entities
- post journals, prepare debt reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- support with the annual preparation of statutory accounts
- collaborate with Finance Heads and Managers to ensure internal controls are in place
- prepare information for external audits and establish processes for accountancy and reporting standards
Requirements
- proven financial accounting experience
- practiced in balance sheet reconciliation and journal posting
- good understanding of audit processes and financial reporting standards
- proficient in MS Excel
- experience of using SAP or JDE financial software systems beneficial
- part or fully ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience with significant financial accounting experience
