About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end process of electronic invoicing (XML and PDF formats) for various CEVA Mexico entities, ensuring all customer billing is accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Collect and organize necessary client documentation to support invoice reviews and initiate payment processes, including the preparation of client-specific required files.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements so that all invoices are eligible for timely payment, working proactively with internal teams and clients to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain strict control over the dispatch of supporting documents and electronic invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations department to obtain operational support documents, facilitating smooth billing and collection activities.
  • Regularly update and maintain the "Task Force" file, which contains customers’ essential data required for invoicing and billing processes.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate credit and collection policies and procedures, participating in their continuous improvement and documenting all processes according to internal standards.
  • Monitor and track outstanding invoices to support efficient collections, coordinating with clients and internal teams to address any discrepancies or delays.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to Credit Management leadership to aid in decision-making and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in credit management, billing, or accounts receivable roles, preferably within the logistics or finance sectors.
  • Strong understanding of electronic invoicing systems and document management, including experience with XML and PDF invoicing formats.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with internal departments and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and continuous process improvement, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with financial software and databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive, and dynamic team environment.
