About the role
- Support the production and dissemination of contract KPIs and performance reports to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with our vehicle logistics operations teams to ensure communications are optimised and on-time-delivery targets are met.
- Participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc customer meetings, taking/distributing minutes and coordinating action items as required.
- Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data that supports the development of insights and related decision making.
- Assist customers with enquiries and vehicle tracking.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service in transport operations in any industry OR is ready to step-up to this level.
- Excellent Customer Service and Administration experience.
- Previous experience in an Account Coordination role is highly desirable.
- Good written and verbal communication, customer service / management, and influencing / negotiation skills.
- Problem solving capability, commercial acumen and numeracy skills.
- Basic-intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems, software and technology.
- Proof of work rights and suitable professional referees required.
