Take depositions and attend hearings and mediations as required
Draft and submit pleadings, motions, and briefs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Admitted to practice in Montana, Utah, or Idaho
Civil litigation experience
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
