About the role

  • Managing the day-to-day operational support of Clyde & Co LLP’s application portfolio.
  • Resolving complex technical issues.
  • Maintaining system health and performance.
  • Contributing to IT projects to ensure smooth transitions into production.
  • Creating knowledge base articles and providing training to support teams.

Requirements

  • Complex Issue Resolution
  • Ability to manage and resolve escalated and highly problematic tickets
  • Experience working with software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Strong analytical skills for deep technical analysis and problem-solving
  • Skilled in monitoring application performance and stability
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance, patching, and capacity management
  • Familiarity with Change Management processes and on-call support
  • Ability to provide accurate workload estimates for resource planning
  • Experience contributing to IT projects and service transitions
  • Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
