About the role
- Work closely with product and credit teams to build go-to-market functions for lending decisioning engine.
- Debug and resolve complex issues independently, anticipate potential blockers, and help unblock others when needed.
- Evaluate scope and requirements critically, surfacing ambiguities early and ensuring clarity before execution.
- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively through various updates.
- Provide detailed peer reviews that improve code quality, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying technical debt and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Strong product-oriented mindset, able to connect technical decisions with business impact.
- Proven ability to debug and resolve complex issues independently, providing clear root-cause analysis and documenting learnings.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Credit, Implementation, and external stakeholders to align on scope and trade-offs.
- Consistent ownership of small-to-medium projects end-to-end, from discovery and design to deployment and follow-up.
- Ability to critically evaluate requirements, anticipate risks, and propose pragmatic alternatives that improve clarity and delivery outcomes.
- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written.
- Plus: previous experience with loan origination systems is a strong differentiator.
