About the role
- Architect complex systems, lead software estimation, establish DevOps processes, and configure cloud-based deployment environments
- Champion client outcomes and continuous improvement across projects
- Conduct technical reviews, identify and address performance issues, and increase capacity and engagement
- Conduct technical planning, rigorous subtasking, advance research, estimate software release timelines, and present technical approaches for features, extensions, and add-ons
- Accelerate team velocity through detailed technical planning and estimations
- Mentor and oversee design resources, fostering best practices and continuous improvement
- Align development efforts to business outcomes and work with stakeholders to ensure shared goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design
- 1+ years of leadership experience in technical teams
- Specialization in cloud architecture and integration solutions
- Knowledge and experience in system design, API development, infrastructure management, and architectural best practices
- Competence in scalability, security, and performance optimization
- Experience conducting technical planning, subtasking, and estimations
- Experience with DevOps processes and configuring cloud-based deployment environments
- Ability to conduct technical reviews and address performance issues
- Experience ensuring projects deliver value on-time and on-budget
- Mentorship and team-building experience; ability to provide guidance and feedback to emerging talent
