• Turn Integrations into a product: move from one-off custom builds to a scalable system of certified connectors.
• Work closely with engineering, product peers, implementation, and customers to design, prioritize, and deliver integrations that scale.
• Own the Integrations backlog and move the team from ad hoc intake to planned, discovery-driven delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with engineering, implementation, and product peers and start building customer relationships.
• Deliver measurable efficiency gains: certified connectors, reduced integration cycle time, stronger documentation.
• Consistently drive predictable delivery with clear specs, discovery, and decision tradeoffs to shift Integrations from a reactive service to a scaled product line.
