About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end order management process for a portfolio of B2B partners: order creation, approval and release, shipment tracking, and invoicing;
- Take commercial ownership of your accounts: build and maintain sales forecasts, follow up against forecast, and flag risks and opportunities early;
- Advise partners on the most appropriate assortment, including best-performing items, new collections, reorders and sell-through improvement;
- Monitor and analyse account performance and order patterns to identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts and turn that into concrete actions;
- Prepare and present account reviews and internal reporting on portfolio performance versus forecast;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer Support and Product Development to deliver a strong and consistent partners experience;
- Contribute to best practice within Sales Support, supporting process improvements and the commercial development of the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial, account management or senior sales support role;
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
- An additional language such as Dutch, German or Spanish is a strong plus;
- A genuinely commercial mindset: comfortable with forecasting, sell-through and turning data into action, alongside strong operational accuracy;
- Confident working with numbers and reporting; hands-on experience with forecasting and forecast follow-up is a clear advantage;
- Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify, Claude and/or Gorgias is a plus;
- You pick up new systems and processes quickly;
- You are customer-oriented, proactive and analytical, and you balance service with sound commercial judgement;
- You are available 5 days a week.
