About the role
- Processing and approving new orders;
- Invoicing dispatched order and assisting customers with tracking;
- Setting up new customers accounts in the ERP system (Netsuite);
- Handling paid repairs and warranty requests;
- Solving any ad hoc requests from your customers (e-mails and phone calls);
- Executing tasks specific to your key accounts.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Good written communication skills in Dutch is preferred;
- Experience with MS Office. Knowledge of Netsuite, Shopify and/or Gorgias is a plus;
- You pick up new systems and processes quickly;
- You are customer-oriented, flexible, service-minded, commercial and proactive;
- You are available 5 days a week.
