About the role
- You build relationships with potential customers and partners and acquire new clients via phone and online product presentations
- In addition to leads from our marketing campaigns, you contact potential new customers by phone
- You support our customers from first contact through technical support inquiries up to renewals
- You work closely with your sales team, the tech team, and the content marketing team
Requirements
- You have initial experience in sales
- You enjoy identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
- You have a passion for sales and demonstrate resilience
- You are interested in games and software
- You speak business-fluent German and fluent English
