About the role

  • You build relationships with potential customers and partners and acquire new clients via phone and online product presentations
  • In addition to leads from our marketing campaigns, you contact potential new customers by phone
  • You support our customers from first contact through technical support inquiries up to renewals
  • You work closely with your sales team, the tech team, and the content marketing team

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in sales
  • You enjoy identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions
  • You have a passion for sales and demonstrate resilience
  • You are interested in games and software
  • You speak business-fluent German and fluent English
