About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct customer discovery interviews and maintain close relationships with customers and prospects.
- Identify unmet customer needs and turn insights into clear product opportunities.
- Drive early-stage product discovery, validation, and go-to-market collaboration using AI-native tools, quickly mocking up ideas, prototyping workflows, and validating solutions directly with customers before engineering investment.
- Partner with engineers and designers to scope, define, and ship new product capabilities.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand market feedback and validate product direction.
- Help shape positioning, packaging, and adoption strategies for new product areas.
- Be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of new product development, from first customer conversation to launch and iteration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five or more years of product management experience, with at least three years in B2B SaaS.
- Strong customer discovery and product development skills.
- Experience building or launching new products, product areas, or major initiatives from early stages.
- Ability to deeply understand customer workflows and translate them into product direction.
- Comfortable using AI tools to rapidly prototype ideas, create mockups, explore concepts, and validate solutions with customers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with customers, including discovery sessions, workshops, roadmap discussions, or strategic conversations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping define strategy in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Located in the Copenhagen area - we don’t supply visas.
