About the role

  • Define product specifications, including user stories and user acceptance criteria, to guide the development process.
  • Drive the roadmap for assigned features, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Collect and integrate feedback from subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and users.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices, competitor approaches, and emerging trends to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal design, engineering, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Analyze product data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and report actionable findings.
  • Stay hands-on throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience playing poker (online, card rooms, or tournaments)
  • 4–15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer in software development.
  • Proven experience designing online B2C products, ideally in gaming, poker, or entertainment.
  • A strong eye for UI/visual design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
  • Basic programming knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Passion for poker or video games—or a desire to learn about the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on driving results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities.
