About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage digital marketing activities for a portfolio of foreUP customers.
  • Develop customer-specific marketing plans based on business goals, seasonal priorities, and promotional opportunities.
  • Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other approved platforms.
  • Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, automated communications, and promotional messages.
  • Create and schedule marketing content, including social-media posts, blog posts, event promotions, and basic website updates.
  • Promote tournaments, leagues, memberships, events, and special offers on behalf of customers.
  • Meet with customers to understand priorities, gather content, review performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting on results, engagement, leads, and return on marketing investment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, customer communication, and account activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, support onboarding, and improve customer results.
  • Apply SEO, local-search, and GEO best practices when relevant to customer marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on digital-marketing trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve foreUP’s managed marketing services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, agency services, or a client-facing marketing role.
  • Experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, preferably through Google Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and website optimization best practices.
  • Experience creating email campaigns, newsletters, promotional content, or social-media posts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
  • Ability to review campaign data, explain results clearly, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
  • Experience using content-management systems, email-marketing platforms, analytics tools, or CRM systems.
  • Ability to learn new platforms, processes, and digital-marketing best practices.
