About the role
- Develop a high-performing team and oversee the daily activities of our Business Executives, ensuring process excellence, an outstanding customer experience, and a positive team climate
- Monitor team performance indicators and lead strategic improvement projects to achieve the region's growth objectives
- Oversee the planning and execution of field sales routes
- Optimize the sales funnel and conversion rates in the region, maximizing the impact of the commercial team
Requirements
- Experience managing teams
- Sales experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive within retail sales
- Analytical skills and experience with data tools (Excel, Power BI...)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bonus: Knowledge of major retailers in the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area
