Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong facilitation skills — confident engaging everyone from frontline teams to senior leaders
Experience designing learning experiences (programs, workshops, resources)
Solid project management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace
Great stakeholder skills — you know how to influence, adapt and build trust
Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone is a bonus)
A proactive, hands-on approach — you’re happy jumping between design, delivery and coordination
