Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong facilitation skills — confident engaging everyone from frontline teams to senior leaders
- Experience designing learning experiences (programs, workshops, resources)
- Solid project management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace
- Great stakeholder skills — you know how to influence, adapt and build trust
- Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone is a bonus)
- A proactive, hands-on approach — you’re happy jumping between design, delivery and coordination
