About the role

  • Reporting to Head of Go to Market, the Product Manager owns the vision, strategy and delivery of customer‑centric products built on our digital and technology stack.
  • You will translate, competitive market insight, data and stakeholder requirements into compelling commercial and strategically orientated roadmap.
  • Partnering with technology, product marketing and sales teams to define the product value proposition and drive commercial performance, product uptake and improved user experience.
  • Accountable for product performance, client adoption and user satisfaction you will also champion agile practices, ensure compliance and risk standards, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Success is defined by delivering digital products that customers love and that meet strategic, financial and operational targets, and fostering innovation and alignment.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative discovery (user interviews, analytics, A/B tests, surveys) to validate problems and opportunities.
  • Champion UX, accessibility, performance, and reliability; ensure end‑to‑end journeys are seamless and on brand.
  • GTM alignment - Coordinate with Product Marketing, and Sales to plan launches, create enablement, and drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and building service-based products on Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud through discovery, delivery, and growth.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with practical use of UX research and analytics
  • Proficiency in agile product management and building product road maps
  • Ability to translate complex tech and business requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Strong collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and GTM teams
