About the role
- Develop forecasting models (with support of our data wizards) to predict inflows/outflows and ensure liquidity
- Design and automate treasury workflows that guarantee safe, efficient cash movements
- Monitor and analyze liquidity, ALM, and profitability KPIs; benchmark against industry peers
- Create and maintain tools (dashboards, reports, alerts) that ensure transparency and decision-making agility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform financial decisions and forecasting
Requirements
- Experience in Treasury, ALM, Corporate Finance, or related roles
- Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling (integrating live data, scenario forecasting)
- Strong grasp of liquidity, funding, and capital management in financial institutions
- Solid accounting knowledge, able to connect financial statements to forward-looking forecasts
- Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Bilingual fluency (Portuguese & English)
- Python proficiency (nice to have)
- Familiarity with COSIF accounting standard (nice to have)
