About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Success, Renewals & Expansion – ensuring customers extract maximum value from CloudTalk.
- Be a trusted product expert – guide clients through best practices and help customers leverage advanced features.
- Enhance customer health – monitor usage, prevent roadblocks, and improve retention through analytics tools.
- Close collaboration with Sales & Product – ensure seamless handoffs and contribute to product innovation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer-first mindset
- Data-driven & analytical
- Technical aptitude
- Industry knowledge in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience in Customer Success/Support or Onboarding in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with customer tools like Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, Velaris, or HubSpot
- Business fluency in English and German
