About the role
- Build a deep understanding of your core users through direct and indirect research
- Craft a vision and strategy that contributes to our product strategy
- Translate knowledge into a compelling, well-researched strategy & roadmap
- Complete the day-to-day work that brings ideas to the user
- Collaborate with teammates in your team and other product teams
- Collaborate, learn, & lead across R&D and CloudTalk-wide to drive product-led decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, preferably in audio, visual, or omnichannel communication
- A track record of measurable changes in user behaviour that drive your company’s & your customers’ business metrics
- Proven experience creating clear, compelling, and well-researched explanations of the business value, risks, user flows, and impact of multi-phase initiatives
- Focus on creating measurable outcomes and using qualitative & quantitative research to inform decisions
- Flexible communicator and comfortable in discussions with various stakeholders
- Critical thinker hungry to learn
