About the role
- Lead end-to-end MuleSoft implementations from design to deployment
- Design and develop APIs using MuleSoft (RAML/OpenAPI) following API-led connectivity principles
- Define and implement System, Process, and Experience APIs
- Architect scalable, reusable, and high-performance integration solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, standards, and governance
- Design integration patterns (REST, SOAP, batch, event-driven, messaging)
- Ensure security, reliability, and performance of APIs and integrations
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production support
- Work with Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, Exchange)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
- Drive API lifecycle management and governance
Requirements
- 12+ years of integration experience with at least 8+ years in MuleSoft
- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Hands-on experience in API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful services, microservices architecture
- Experience with DataWeave, Mule flows, connectors, and transformations
- Knowledge of integration patterns and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
- Strong understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, TLS)
