• Lead a project test team
• Define the Test Strategy, approach and schedule
• Design the test tool requirements to be used on the project
• Lead the test writing activities
• Lead the test execution activities
• Run the defect management process
• Train Client SMEs and business users during testing
• Ensure the test team follow the pre prescribed test approach (The CloudRock testing methodology)
• Produce test packs for all phases of testing within the project
• Present test packs for review with the client
• Run daily defect triaging activities
• Produce daily metrics showing test preparation, test execution progress and defect resolution rates
• Be the initial point for escalations
• Improve internal processes within the CloudRock testing practice
