About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Stay informed on current recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Review resumes to identify qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and role alignment.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (Teamtailor ATS) to manage candidates and track recruitment activity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding, and ability to recruit at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources and locations.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack.
- Prior experience in a Salesforce Consulting environment is a plus.
