About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges in the media and entertainment industry.
Design and implement Salesforce Media Cloud solutions to enhance client operations, audience engagement, and content monetization.
Customize and configure Salesforce Media Cloud environments according to project requirements and best practices.
Provide expert guidance on the integration of Salesforce Media Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce Media Cloud functionalities.
Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, developers, and UX designers, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise clients on continuous improvement opportunities.
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and scoping of potential Salesforce Media Cloud projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud.
Salesforce Administration Certification required
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred)
Media Cloud Accredited Professional (strongly preferred)
Proven experience in Salesforce consultancy, with specific experience in implementing Salesforce Media Cloud solutions.
Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends, challenges, and business processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
