About the role
- Works effectively both independently and in collaboration with CloudMasonry and customer team members to drive customer satisfaction and success.
- Oversees and takes full accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.
- Exercises independent judgment and can lead enterprise-level projects with minimal oversight from a director or engagement manager.
- Facilitates meetings effectively, demonstrates strong brainstorming and consensus-building skills, and confidently engages with executive-level project sponsors.
- Frequently called upon to take a leadership role in CloudMasonry sales initiatives within areas of expertise.
- Drives project delivery by managing cross-functional teams, removing blockers, and enforcing best practices across Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models.
- Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring delivery commitments are met and client expectations are effectively managed.
- Owns risk identification and mitigation planning, escalating critical issues with well-defined recommendations and impact assessments.
- Manages project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project burn rate to ensure alignment with scope.
- Proactively communicates budget status and risks to internal and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects
- Technical background or relevant degree program preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com or Vlocity
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Ability to articulate the benefits of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model
- Deep knowledge of enterprise system implementation and configuration, including Salesforce, SFA, or ERP systems
- Quick learner with strong creative problem-solving skills
- Strong team player with leadership potential and interpersonal strengths
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
