Own the design system, user interface consistency, and end-to-end user experience for CLN
Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create scalable, reusable design components
Ensure smooth delivery of new features
Participate in planning sessions, daily standups, retrospectives, and design reviews
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
Translate product requirements into user-friendly, consistent, and scalable interfaces
Collect and incorporate user feedback to improve usability and discoverability
May contribute to other company products as needed
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating component-based / atomic design work
Hands-on experience with Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
Understanding of responsive design
Experience collaborating daily with developers and product owners
At least upper-intermediate level of English
Experience with Storybook or similar design-dev collaboration tools (plus)
Background in SaaS, billing, or subscription platforms (plus)
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React, etc.) (plus)
Knowledge of accessibility levels (A, AA) and how to design for them (plus)
Personal skills: Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, strong self-motivation, sense of ownership, comfortable in distributed team, independent analysis, excellent teamwork and communication skills
