DevOps Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain the Patchman backend infrastructure
• Develop and maintain new product features, from design through implementation and testing
• Investigate and resolve complex issues reported by customers, digging deep into the codebase to identify root causes
• Operate and maintain a large fleet of dedicated servers, including API gateways, load balancers, and internal processing nodes
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for efficient, automated delivery

Backend Engineer

• Build that runtime protection layer end-to-end.
• Define the product — what we intercept, what we don't, what the customer-visible surface looks like.
• Determine the technical approach — instrumentation strategy, deployment shape, programming language — all open.
• Implement the product, end to end, using the full tooling stack provided.
• Establish your methodology for building conviction in your detection logic.
• Utilize cross-layer signal from existing stack to help with threat intelligence and detection.

Security Engineer – Node.js, Proactive Defense

• Designing, building, and maintaining backend services for the Imunify360 server platform;
• Developing and improving high-throughput, fault-tolerant messaging and data processing pipelines;
• Operating and maintaining core server components, including proxies, message brokers, caches, and databases;
• Investigating and resolving complex issues in distributed systems, ensuring uptime and reliability;
• Writing and maintaining unit/integration tests to ensure robust, maintainable code;
• Collaborating with Infrastructure, Monitoring, and other product teams to refine architecture and optimize system performance;
• Monitoring production services using Grafana, Telegraf, and related tooling, proactively addressing bottlenecks and scaling challenges;
• Improving CI/CD pipelines for automated, efficient deployments;
• Participating in design reviews, incident analysis, and contributing to the long-term technical vision of the team.

Server Backend Developer – Go, Python

Content Manager

• Create and implement content strategy that drives audience engagement, leads, and revenue growth.
• Write clear, informative, and engaging content for blog posts, newsletters, web pages, social media, product pages, and partner materials.
• Own communication around time-sensitive CVE disclosure events - this will require the publication of the blog post + social media message within 2 hours after the technical details are available.
• Produce content for agency-facing campaigns, including research reports, landing pages, and launch packages targeting web hosting agencies and the WordPress ecosystem.
• Write webinar scripts, presenter notes, and post-webinar follow-up sequences for quarterly product webinars and co-produced partner events.
• Contribute to and maintain brand tone of voice guidelines across the CloudLinux product family.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to shape the content around new product releases, features, and updates.
• Produce collateral that Sales will love.
• Prepare copy for offline and online events (i.e. tradeshow booth messaging, flyers).
• Create video scripts for products in scope.
• Turn technical ideas into easy-to-understand content for non-technical audiences.
• Edit and proofread content written by internal authors for accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Build and manage content calendar to ensure timely delivery.
• Optimize content for AEO/SEO and assist in publishing through appropriate platforms.
• Collaborate with the PR resource in producing thought leadership content on behalf of the company leadership.

Content Manager – Hosting, Agency, Wordpress Ecosystem

Marketing

• You will be the CloudLinux and Imunify face in the WordPress world. You build and maintain relationships with WordPress media publishers, newsletter writers, podcast hosts, agency community leaders, and ecosystem influencers; attend and represent us at WordCamps, CloudFest, and other relevant events.
• You will own the GTM strategy for how we grow in this market: which segments to prioritize, which channels to invest in, how to sequence the program as we scale from near-zero brand recognition to meaningful presence. You define the GTM roadmap, align it with product and sales, and own the results. This includes shaping the positioning and commercial narrative for WordPress-facing products, building the enablement materials that sales and channel partners use in the field.
• As our product roadmap for WordPress-facing products matures, you will own launches into this market.
• You will define the strategy, shape the content architecture, and direct web development and design resources to build and evolve it as a live channel. After the launch, you will own the momentum building for this property as well (with the help of contractors).
• You will develop a sponsorship and editorial placement strategy, run the negotiations, and manage the ongoing relationships with key WordPress media channels (Post Status, MasterWP, WP Weekly, podcast networks) where our audience is highly concentrated.
• You will own the content strategy for the WordPress audience. You may write some of this content yourself, but mostly - brief and direct content writers on what to write. You will own our annual WordPress/hosting industry report, a joint research publication with our key partner that reaches thousands of agencies. You will own the report fully: the research questions, the narrative, the launch campaign, and the media placements it generates.
• You will own the production of customer success stories from the agency and hosting provider audience: from identifying the right candidates through your ecosystem relationships, to conducting the interviews, to shaping the final narrative. You conduct the interviews, extract what is actually interesting, and work with the team to produce the final asset and promotion package.
