About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and service quality targets
- Inform, advise, and assist customers while following established procedures

Requirements
What you’ll need- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, with strong verbal communication skills, responsiveness, and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience in customer service and/or in the travel, hospitality, or food service sectors is a plus
- Active listening, empathy, enthusiasm, and emotional self-control are required for this role
- Comfortable using office software and basic computer tools
