About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As part of a team dedicated to the clientele of a major French luxury house, you will deliver a unique experience to each client, consistent with the brand's promise of excellence.
  • Inform, advise and assist clients throughout their journey (information about products and the House, orders and deliveries, after-sales service, sample requests)
  • Build a privileged relationship with your clients
  • Handle telephone reception and after‑sales service for the couture house's boutiques
  • Communicate practical information (product availability, opening hours, access, ...)
  • Start date: June 1. Paid theoretical and practical training: 3 weeks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Your empathy, elegance and generosity enable you to deliver a unique and memorable experience to each client
  • You have a flair for storytelling, sharing heritage and creating emotional experiences
  • Your strong aptitude for bespoke service for an international, high-end and demanding clientele is well established
  • Excellent spoken command of all three languages and impeccable written skills (CEFR - level C1)
  • A first experience in luxury, fashion, e-commerce or customer relations is desirable
