About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a team of direct reports consisting of invoice clerks and vendor coordinators
Oversee day to day operations for invoice clerks and vendor coordinators
Manage reporting, performance management, and communicate with invoice clerks and vendor coordinators on a daily basis
Provide clear direction to achieve department goals and metrics
Maintain a process of continuous review, feedback, and action to spot areas of opportunity
Create and implement daily strategy of Exeter repo/invoicing assignments
Establish and develop a relationship with 3rd party vendors to assess their performance levels
Interpret, communicate, and implement company policies and procedures
Serve as primary contact for production issue notification, escalation and resolution of operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree or equivalent work experience
Six (6) plus years of experience, with one (1) plus years of management experience
Knowledge of state and federal collection laws, as well as bankruptcy laws required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Interpersonal skills prompting a team environment
Ability to professionally represent Exeter and maintain working relationships with internal/external customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including developing and delivering presentations to senior management.
