About the role
- Contribute to timely consolidated financial closings.
- Work on annual financial planning process and oversee accounting activities.
- Assist with external accounting audit and preparation of financial statements.
- Update and implement business policies and accounting practices.
- Participate in preparation of financial performance.
- Ensure provision of financial reports for stakeholders.
- Uphold internal controls and financial operating policies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated maturity and proactivity.
- Proven excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
- A flexible work approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in examining, developing, re-engineering, and recommending financial and technology policies and procedures.
- An eagerness to dig into details.
- Minimum: Experience 2 to 5 years supervisory skills, proficiency with Excel and knowledge on Protas/Procon is a plus.
- ERP experience 2 to 5 years.
- Travel industry preferred experience 2 to 5 years.
