About the role
- Inform, advise and assist customers throughout their journey (product and House information, orders and deliveries, after-sales service, sample requests)
- Develop and maintain a close, personalised relationship with each client
- Handle telephone reception and after-sales service for the brand's boutiques
- Communicate practical information (product availability, opening hours, access, etc.)
Requirements
- Your empathy, elegance and generosity help deliver a unique and memorable experience to every client
- You have a flair for storytelling, sharing the brand's heritage and creating emotional experiences
- Your refined aptitude for personalised service for an international, high-end and discerning clientele is second to none
- Excellent spoken proficiency in all three languages, matched by impeccable written skills (CEFR level C1)
- Previous experience in luxury, fashion, e-commerce or customer relations is desirable
