About the role

  • As a customer service specialist, you will hold one of the most important roles in our company as the link between our passengers and our customers.
  • As a future remote customer service specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper handling of Air France passengers' and customers' requests.
  • You are comfortable both writing emails and providing telephone support, and you will demonstrate professionalism across both channels.
  • The daily challenge for our employees is to satisfy customers with requests related to post-flight claims, loyalty programs, flight reservations, B2B activities and social media.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of French and English, written and spoken (C1).
  • Willingness to communicate and assist customers; readiness to go the extra mile to satisfy customers.
  • Professionalism, punctuality, responsibility and team spirit.
