About the role
- Responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with a portfolio of dealers
- Drive results in a dynamic work environment by securing quality loans
- Negotiate contracts while executing the company’s origination strategy
- Review credit to ensure compliance with Exeter’s policies & procedures
- Educate dealers on Exeter’s program and funding requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- College degree preferred
- Previous auto finance lending experience preferred
- Previous Originations and/or Sales experience preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of credit bureau information, data on credit applications, indirect lending procedures, lending terminology, and credit laws and regulations
- Basic knowledge of auto dealer operations and finance departments
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Superior work ethic with ability to work under pressure and self-motivate
- Friendly attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
