About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and support cloud environments across AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, ALB, RDS, VPC, VPNs, S3, and CloudFront
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application incidents across multiple customer environments
Implement monitoring and alerting to maintain system reliability and availability
Collaborate with engineering teams on automation initiatives and Infrastructure as Code deployments
Support containerized and cloud-native workloads
Assist with performance optimization, cost optimization, and architecture improvements
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
Participate in operational processes including incident response and on-call rotations

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure
Advanced knowledge of AWS architecture and services
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex production environments
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code
Experience supporting databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Aurora RDS
Experience mentoring or supporting junior engineer
Fluent in spoken English
